If you are in Dubai, visiting the Burj Khalifa is a must, I think. It is the tallest artificial structure in the world, standing at 829.8 m. The entrance to it is through the lower level of the Dubai shopping mall. I advise to plan your trip and book your ticket in advance. Even the entrance ticket is expensive, day time 500 dirhams, 300 in the evening for visiting the 148th floor, there are many people wanting to go there. There is a Dubai fountain located next to the Burj Khalifa. The free evening show starts at 6 p.m. and goes on for a bit more than 5 minutes. After that shows are held every 30 minutes to 11 pm.
